Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of InSlides, available at inslides.digital. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

InSlides is an AI-powered tool that generates presentations from prompts, documents, URLs or your own deck library. Output is generated by artificial intelligence and provided "as is" — you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

2. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person per account; you may not share access with third parties outside group features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload content you do not have the right to use;
  • generate unlawful, defamatory or infringing material;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service (rate limits apply);
  • resell the service without our written consent.

4. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload and to the presentations you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the service.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions by Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices are shown before checkout. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights are handled through Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Availability

We aim for a highly available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI providers, hosting or database outages may temporarily affect generation.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms after notice where practicable.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
